After years in Big 4 consulting firms, working on internal control and risk management assignments, the co-founders of QuartzX continued their careers in leading banks and investment funds, where they developed technological solutions. They observed that existing GRC tools were often expensive, complex, and limited in functionality.

In 2020, they founded QuartzX to create QuartzIQ: a comprehensive and accessible GRC platform. Designed to address the challenges they had experienced firsthand, QuartzIQ brings together all the features needed for effective risk management, internal control, compliance, and governance, while enabling organizations of all sizes to adopt industry best practices.
